What is the dress code for the wedding?

For the welcome party on Friday, the dress code is casual. For the ceremony and reception on Saturday, we request formal attire. For the hangover brunch and picnic on Sunday, casual attire is appropriate.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to venue capacity limitations, we can only accommodate the guests named on your invitation. If you have any questions about this, please contact us directly.

Are children invited to the wedding?

While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding.

Will there be transportation between the hotels and wedding venues?

Yes, we will provide shuttle service between the recommended hotels and Del Mar Villa (22111 Riverwood Road, Dundee, Oregon 97115) for the Ceremony and Reception only. Please sign up for the shuttle service on our Shuttle Signup page.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM on Saturday, September 6. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time for seating. If you're taking the shuttle, it will depart from the hotels approximately 1 hour before the ceremony.

What will the weather be like in Dundee, Oregon in September?

September in Dundee is typically beautiful, with average temperatures ranging from 50°F to 75°F. Days are usually sunny and warm, but evenings can cool down significantly. We recommend bringing layers for the evening events.

Will there be vegan or gluten-free food options?

We will not be providing specific vegan or gluten-free food options at our events. If you have severe dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can discuss options.

Is there a wedding registry?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. We are not accepting gifts for our wedding. We're just happy to have you celebrate with us!

What activities are available in the area?

The Dundee Hills area offers many activities for visitors:

  • Wine tasting at numerous vineyards and tasting rooms
  • Hiking and outdoor activities in the surrounding hills
  • Shopping and dining in nearby Newberg and McMinnville
  • Spa services at The Allison Inn & Spa
  • Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in McMinnville

Is there parking available at the venues?

There may be some limited parking available at Del Mar Villa (22111 Riverwood Road, Dundee, Oregon 97115). We strongly suggest that guests take Ubers or use our shuttle service. If you plan to drive, please arrive early to ensure you have time to park and make it to the events on time.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture this special moment, and we want you to be fully present with us. You're welcome to take photos during the reception and other events throughout the weekend.
